Privacy Policy Draft

We're a small family business and we only collect what we need to get your stickers to you. We never sell your information.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and emirate, any note you add, and what you bought.
• Payment: handled by our payment provider, Ziina. We receive confirmation that you paid (and, for example, the card brand and last four digits), but never your full card number.
• Your bag: the items in your bag are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they're still there when you come back. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Basic security data: to stop spam, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address for a short time.

How we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To handle returns, refunds and questions.
• To keep the records a business needs to keep by law.

Who we share it with

• Ziina, to take your payment.
• Our delivery partner, who gets your name, phone number and address to deliver your parcel.
• Cloudflare, which hosts our website and securely stores order records.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts on our pages, so your browser connects to Google when you visit.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order and for our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Children

Our products are for children, but orders must be placed by an adult. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@peelandcolor.com. We handle personal information in line with UAE data protection law.
